NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WPRI) — It's Halloween, but you might not know it based on the temperature outside.
In fact, it reached 78 degrees on Thursday, marking the second-warmest Halloween on record. (The temperature topped out at 83 degrees back in 1946.)
FORECAST: Warm, dry Halloween; elevated fire risk
Families across Southern New England basked in the beautiful weather as they went out trick-or-treating.
