LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services on Thursday announced that an inmate at the Reception and Treatment Center has died. Shawnn Nahkahyen-Clearsand, 56, died Wednesday at a Lincoln hospital. He was serving a 40- to 50-year sentence for attempted first-degree sexual assault of a child.
