Clear skies and cool temperatures will make for a seasonable Halloween night around Kansas City. Friday is more perfect weather around the region with sunshine and highs in the lower 60s. Saturday starts dry with some clouds, but rain chances go up on Saturday afternoon with Sunday and Monday looking like washouts. 2 to 3 inches of rainfall will be possible Saturday afternoon through Monday night.
