Guilford County DSS fixes kinship payment issues years after rollout

GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) -- It took one Triad grandmother to get thousands owed to her from the Guilford County Department of Social Services. She reached out to FOX8 for help because she was worried more people might be dealing with a similar problem. FOX8's Madison Forsey broke down the problem and found what GCDSS was doing to fix the issue.
