Ashwaubenon Public Safety goes ‘Ghostbusting,’ giving away candy to trick-or-treaters The Hartford Police Department shared on Facebook that Chief Scott MacFarlan ordered catering from Noodles & Company for their 30-person Citizen Academy graduation but discovered the order was missing when he arrived to pick it up. The food was delicious, and the event went off without a hitch! Jo and her team became my everyday heroes.
