MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a South Carolina man in connection to a child solicitation investigation from October 20. On Sunday, October 20, deputies responded to a call regarding a suspicious person trespassing at a home. Responding officers were unable to immediately find anyone at the scene; however, South Carolina resident, Allen Blake Brown was allegedly later found on a road near that location. During an investigation, it was learned that Brown was allegedly involved in explicit conversations with a juvenile. Sheriff looking for info in Madison Heights drive-by shooting investigation Allen Blake Brown from Easley, South Carolina has been arrested and charged with the following: Possession of obscene material using minors Contributing to the delinquency or abuse of a child Obscenity-electronic means for procuring minors for obscene material Two counts of child solicitation Taking indecent liberties with a child under fifteen It was later learned by investigators that Brown was previously involved in other similar pending investigations in Virginia, South Carolina, Washington, and Michigan.
