As we head through November our luck seems to change as wet weather seems a good bet to start the month.
Rain chances for the next week
Rain chances may drop back down for the second week of November and the 8-14 day rainfall outlook leans "drier than normal" for this period.

November forecast released
On Thursday, the Climate Prediction Center released their final forecast for November and it spells a more promising month for rain.
November rainfall outlook (CPC)
While the outlook calls for "near normal" rain in Central Texas and "wetter than normal" for North Texas and the Texas Panhandle, this is an improvement over a previous forecast for November for the CPC which leaned drier for us. Also, "near normal" rainfall would be a welcome change for the area after back-to-back drier-than-normal months.
From a temperature perspective, the odds continue to lean warmer than normal for November.
