CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - With Friday being November 1st, many wonder what the month may look like when it comes to the weather.  November can be a month of extremes from warm temperatures to arctic outbreaks and snowstorms. Typically, here in western Massachusetts, the average high temperature is 51 degrees. The average low temperature is 32 degrees, and November can be wet with 3.7 inches of rain on average.   Brush fire warning continues in Massachusetts November is also known to be the beginning of significant snowfalls in New England.
