RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- As Richmonders begin to fashion their best spooky attire and prepare for Halloween festivities like trick-or-treating Thursday evening, what can they expect the weather to be like? According to 8News Meteorologist Jacqueline Waters, the weather will be very warm with mostly clear skies transitioning to partly cloudy on Thursday, Oct. 31. Those planning to trick-or-treat can expect high temperatures to be in the low to middle 80s, which Waters said will likely put this Halloween in the top five warmest on record in Richmond.
