Philly man charged with calling in bomb threat to Montgomery County Republican Committee office

A Philadelphia man has been charged with threatening to shoot a staffer at the Montgomery County Republican Committee office and blow up the office in Blue Bell, prosecutors said. Edward Cieri Jr., 39, is charged with threatening to place weapons of mass destruction, making terroristic threats and harassment.
