MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Spooky weather is creeping in with rain, thunder, and gusting winds bringing a cold front to the Mid-South area mid-day Thursday for Halloween.
The major line of rain should move through before the evening hours, but trick-or-treating will look cloudy and damp this year, so grab an umbrella.
According to the National Weather Service, the highest risk is possible isolated severe storms that may last through 7 p.m. this evening. Pea-sized hail is also possible.
The weather is expected to be cooler with highs in the mid-70s to lower 80s.
