    COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A Richland County fire that happened on Thursday morning is under investigation, says the fire department. Firefighters say crews responded to a fire at a vacant home in the 2300 block of Senate Street shortly before 8:30 a.m. When Columbia-Richland Fire Department crews arrived to the scene, they found smoke and fire rolling out of the front side of the property. After entering the home, crews were able to locate and extinguish the fire in two rooms of the house. No one was injured, and the property did suffer fire damage and extensive smoke damages.
