ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Christmas is still on at the Biltmore despite being closed for a month after Helene. The popular tourist attraction received its Christmas center piece this week. The tree is a 28-foot tall Fraser Fir. The Biltmore will reopen Saturday — kicking off its, “Christmas at Biltmore” event– a 130-year old tradition. The holiday celebration runs through January fifth.
