INDIANAPOLIS — A serious car crash has closed I-70 westbound, according to the Indiana State Police. A vehicle reportedly struck a deer. The vehicle that struck the deer was then struck by another passenger car. The car that struck the deer was also struck by a semi-truck. One vehicle was also on fire at SR 267, according to ISP.
