SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- A man was arrested Tuesday after an attempted bank robbery in Ocean Beach, authorities said. The incident occurred around 3:41 p.m. in the 1800 block of Sunset Cliffs Boulevard, Officer Buttle with the the San Diego Police Department said in a news release. Police say a man in his 30s, wearing all black clothing and a backpack, walked into the bank and produced a demand note to the teller. The teller then activated the robbery alarm. Authorities near the scene took a man matching the suspect's description into custody. Bank employees identified the suspect in a curbside lineup.
