Man finds his stolen car on Facebook Marketplace after being carjacked

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A suspect has been arrested after being accused of carjacking a man and trying to sell his vehicle on Facebook Marketplace earlier this month.
Memphis Police say on October 3, the victim was carjacked in the 5600 block of Winter Tree Drive. He told police that the suspect pulled up to the house after texting him to retrieve money he owed for winning a pool game.
The man who owed the victim money showed up with another man, who allegedly pulled out an AR-style rifle and forced the victim out of his 2016 Chrysler 300. The suspects took the victim's gun out of his waistband and fled in his car.

On October 15, the victim told police that his car had been listed on Facebook Marketplace and the seller was one of the men who had carjacked him.
One of the suspects was identified as Christian Coleman.
Two days later, Coleman was identified in a six-person photo lineup as the person who owed the victim money and carjacked him. He was taken into custody on Tuesday.
Coleman, 22, is charged with Carjacking, Employment of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, and Aggravated Robbery. He is being held on a $80,000 bond.
