NWS issues wind advisory for Oklahoma counties and cities

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for parts of Oklahoma that will remain in effect until 8:00 p.m.
NWS says, the advisory is set to affect portions of Central, Northern, Northwest, Southwest and Western Oklahoma and Northern Texas with gusty winds.

Noble, Roger Mills, Dewey, Custer, Blaine, Kingfisher, Logan, Payne

Greer, Kiowa, Jackson, Tillman, Comanche, Cotton, Hardeman, Wilbarger, Wichita

Strong winds could potentially make driving difficult and NWS is encouraging drivers to use extra caution.
