Rain chances coming back for Halloween
Oct 29, 2024
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Warm and breezy conditions will continue Wednesday but will prevent fog from developing again in the morning. Otherwise the day will look a lot like Tuesday. Look for a few spotty showers with temperatures in the low to mid 80s.
A cold front will approach from the west on Thursday and get stuck just west of the area. However it likely gets close enough to produce some scattered showers, and it looks like this could impact Halloween trick or treating plans. Look for low to mid 80s through the day.
Rain chances linger into Friday before moving out for the weekend.
Temperatures will stay well above normal through the weekend and into next week with highs in the low to mid 80s and lows in the 60s and 70s.
