FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– There are still many throughout the state coping with the effects of Hurricane Helene.
On Monday, Oct. 28, the South Carolina Emergency Center is officially open in Fairfield County.
It will be open until Wednesday, Oct. 30, from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.
The centers provide a one-stop shop for those impacted by the storm to access federal and state aid.
