Kilpatrick selected as CRC’s newest regional business manager
Oct 29, 2024
CRC is pleased to announce that David Kilpatrick has joined the company as its new regional business manager for its southern territory.
Kilpatrick joins the CRC sales team as it prepares for a seamless transition, with veteran Regional Business Manager Cheryl Haney entering retirement at the end of 2024.
Kilpatrick has 28 years of experience overseeing technology at a Mississippi electric cooperative. David’s extensive experience in information technology and the electric cooperative industry makes him a valuable asset to our team and our membership.
“One of the greatest benefits of my experience in IT is that it has allowed me to see and touch every aspect of the electric cooperative,” Kilpatrick said. “I’m excited to put that knowledge and experience in action as I begin in my new role.”
As regional business manager, Kilpatrick will oversee an 11-state area in the southern United States.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome David to our team,” said Dan Otteson, CRC’s vice president, marketing and membership. “His depth of knowledge and passion for technology will greatly enhance our ability to serve our membership and navigate the complexities of our evolving industry. As we prepare for Cheryl’s retirement, David’s leadership will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and continued success.”
CRC said it thanks Haney for her 20 years of service to CRC and its membership. Many employees in the electric cooperative industry will recognize her from a multitude of industry conferences she has exhibited on CRC’s behalf throughout the years. CRC wishes her well in her retirement.
