Free Halloween costume photo day for children coming soon to the Topeka Shawnee County Public Library

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Parents wanting to get professional photos taken of their little ones can head over to a local library to take advantage of a free event on Halloween.
The Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library is offering families the chance to get a free professional photo taken of their children from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31 inside the Marvin Auditorium room 101A. The event is marketed for infants and young children.
