KENNER, La. (WGNO) — A 17-year-old has been arrested in connection to a sex crimes investigation in Kenner.
According to the Kenner Police Department at 7:15 p.m. on Oct. 28, they received an anonymous call reporting a man allegedly molesting children in a trailer park in the 700 block of Malinda Court.
Responding officers arrived at the scene and spoke to residents who told them the victims were reportedly 4 and 7-year-old boys.

Through an investigation, the victims identified Luis Renan Bonilla-Alfaro as the suspect and told officers that he had "touched them inappropriately and had the juveniles perform sex acts on him."

Bonilla-Alfaro was taken into custody and reportedly confessed to the charges against him including a report of hm recording the acts on his phone.
After further investigation, officers learned of a third victim who had not been identified.
Kenner PD confirmed that Bonilla-Alfaro is in the country illegally and has placed an ICE detainer on him.

Bonilla-Alfaro has been charged with first-degree rape, two counts of sexual battery, two counts of pornography involving juveniles and indecent behavior with juveniles.
The investigation remains ongoing as officers report additional charges will be filed against him.
