MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- One person is dead and two others were left injured after a shooting in South Memphis Monday night, police say.
According to reports, around 9 p.m., officers responded to the shooting at South Parkway and Florida Street, and also 1856 South Lauderdale Street.

Three men were reportedly found at the scenes. Two were transported to Regional One in critical condition, and one was transported non-critical. One of the men was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The scenes were determined to be connected. Police say the men were involved in a gunfight on South Parkway.
