Local and state leaders like Missouri Gov. Mike Parson and officials from the entertainment company Live Nation are expected to be at the groundbreaking.
The amphitheater will be a mix of pit, general admission, lawn, and premium seats — many of which will be covered by a 70-foot-tall roof.
The venue will sit on 135 acres with at least 5,000 parking spots. It also anticipates up to 40 shows a year.

The opening date has not been officially released, but many extra details could be released at the groundbreaking on Tuesday.
