Oct 29, 2024
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Johnstown announced it will move its trick-or-treat date from Thursday to Wednesday.
According to Johnstown's Police Department, the city has moved its trick-or-treat date from Halloween evening to Wednesday because of predicted rain and wind Thursday evening.
Wednesday's trick-or-treat will still take place from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., changing only the date. The announcement was made on Facebook, with mixed responses from users. Some voiced support for the change, while others said weather should not dictate the holiday.
