KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City firefighters put out a house fire overnight but had trouble due to the strong winds in the metro. The fire started around 2 a.m. in a wooded area off East 86th Terrace and Troost, according to the fire department. Nobody was hurt in the fire.
