From Halekulani to Hawaii State FCU, we are excited to feature opportunities in a wide variety of job categories including law enforcement, construction, nursing, foodservice, tourism & hospitality, financial institutions, emergency services, retail, technology, transportation and so much more. There will be a good variety of jobs being offered from the City and County of Honolulu and State of Hawaii. Denise Ching, Director at the Honolulu Star-Advertiser Amongst participating employers is the Honolulu Police Department, which is ready to give a preview of open positions and expectations. "The last recruit class, we had about 27 so the classes have been getting bigger. We have a $25,000 incentive so money is not everything but obviously living in Hawaii is very expensive. Hopefully, the $25,000 hiring incentive will really push people to want to join and then also want to serve their community," explained Cody Kodama, HPD officer.
