COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Most communities in central Ohio will celebrate Halloween on Thursday this year with little ghosts and goblins stopping door-to-door requesting candy and other goodies.
Although there are many weather and safety considerations parents need to take into account that night, how to locate sex offenders living nearby is a fairly easy task to complete before trick-or-treating begins.
