ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Court documents show charges have been dropped against an Albuquerque city employee who was accused of a brutal beating. Back in June, surveillance footage captured a fight break out at the Frontier restaurant in southeast Albuquerque between several guests. Albuquerque police repeatedly seeing same offenders on medians Police said one of the guests was put in a choke hold and kicked in the head after passing out. They identified one of the people involved in the fight as city employee Alfred Flores. Court records show the District Attorney's Office dropped charges against Flores, saying further investigation is needed. Those charges can be refiled in the future if decided.
