Researchers with Mission Connection, a mental health services provider, sought to find the "most Zen" cities across America to pinpoint where people are feeling the most relaxed. Their findings are based on Google review scores a of October 2024. As it turns out, there are nine spots in California that made the 150-city list. This includes one San Diego-area city. As noted by Mission Connection, Sedona is "considered by many to hold powerful spiritual energy."
