HAMPTON COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) - The Estill Police Department (EPD) is seeking the public's help to locate two individuals wanted for 3 counts of attempted murder and two counts of possession of a firearm during a violent crime. According to the EPD, the wanted individuals are Jaylan Blake of Allendale and Jaykayveias Mitchell of Estill. Jaylan Blake (pictured left) and Jaykayveias Mitchell (pictured right).
