ST. TAMMANY PARISH, La. (WGNO) — Ahead of the Halloween holiday, Crimestoppers has partnered with the United States Marshals Service for Operation Boo Dat 2024. The operation is a fugitive sex offenders enforcement operation that locates and takes into custody non-compliant sex offenders. This is done with the support of the New Orleans Police Department, Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office, St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office and Louisiana State Police. New Orleans police search for suspect in alleged arson investigation Until Jan. 18, 2025, U.S. Marshals will be in parts of Orleans, Jefferson and St. Tammany parish arresting sex offenders with felony warrants for failure to register. Also part of the mission, agents will be verifying offender locations through provided addresses. Crimestopper officials are asking for the public's help with locating a list of fugitives in St. Tammany Parish. 58-year-old Karl Brown aka Carl Brown — Brown is a Black male who stands at 5'9", weighs 139 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He is a tier 1 sex offender and is wanted for failure to register. He was previously convicted in Florida in 1994 for sexual battery and has a prior conviction of failure to register. 42-year-old Robert Durel Jordan — Jordan is a Black male who stands at 5'10" and weighs 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He is a tier 1 offender and is wanted for failure to register. He was previously convicted in 2017 for carnal knowledge of a juvenile and has a prior conviction of failure to register. 36-year-old Roy Cleavland McDaniel — McDaniel is a Black man who stands at 5'9", weighs 143 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He is a tier 1 offender who is wanted for failure to register and has a prior conviction from 2009 for carnal knowledge of a juvenile. 64-year-old Stanley Clarke Pore — Pore is a white man who stands at 5'7" and weighs 165 pounds with gray or brown hair and brown eyes. He is a tier 3 offender who is wanted for failure to appear in court for felony arraignment and failure to register. He was previously convicted in Colorado in 1997 for sexual assault on a juvenile, and in California in 1999 for lewd acts with a child under 14 years. 43-year-old Jason Wayne Slayton — Slayton is a white male who stands at 5'9" and weighs 169 pounds with brown or balding and brown eyes. He is a tier 1 offender wanted for failure to register. He was previously convicted in 2002 for carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
