Tour da Parish Bike Ride returns to St. Bernard Parish for 10th year

ST. BERNARD PARISH, La. (WGNO) — St. Bernard Parish officials have announced the return of the 10th annual Tour da Parish Bike Ride.
The announcement came from the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce.
On Saturday, Nov. 2, the milestone bike ride will bring cyclists from across the country to "experience the beauty and vibrant culture of St. Bernard Parish.

The non-competitive route is for riders of all skill levels. They can opt to make the 10, 16, 30 or 51-mile ride as they enjoy a memorable journey through the picturesque landscapes.

The event will start at the Los Islenos Heritage Site at 1345 Bayour Road. The 51-mile ride starts at 7:30 a.m. and the others will begin shortly after.
Registration will start at 6 a.m. and officials are asking riders to arrive early for sign-in, parking and traffic delays.

To pre-register for $50, visit the Tour da Parish website. In-person registration is $75.
Once the event is over, participants are invited to the End of the World Finish Fest at the Los Islenos Heritage Site where there will be food, music, entertainment and merchandise to purchase.
