Photo by Rey Del Rio/Getty Images How to watch Lions vs. Titans: TV channel, announcers, kickoff time, more The Detroit Lions face their first AFC opponent of the year on Sunday against the 1-5 Tennessee Titans. On the surface, it’s a nice break in the Lions’ schedule. They just got done with road trips against the Cowboys and Vikings, and for the following two weeks, they’re on the road against the Packers and Titans. A home stint against a lowly Titans team that traded away a couple of key pieces this week could be the road trip intermission Detroit needs right now. But all week, Lions coaches have warned of this Titans team, and for good reason. Their defense is one of the best in the league, and they’ve hung with just about every team they’ve faced. They’re particularly dangerous early in games. They were up 17-0 on the Bears, 10-7 on the Jets, 17-10 on the Colts, and 10-0 on the Bills—yet they lost all four of those games. Of course, the Lions proved last week that even if they fall behind early, they won’t lose their composure. After trailing the Vikings 10-0 in the first quarter, they were already back ahead by two scores at halftime. Can the Lions avoid the upset?
