AUSTIN (KXAN) — One person died overnight in southeast Austin following a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian, according to Austin-Travis County EMS. ATCEMS said medics arrived at the intersection of Interstate 35 Service Road and Teri Road at approximately 11:20 p.m. Saturday. The medics performed CPR on the patient, but the resuscitative efforts were not successful, according to ATCEMS. In an update at 12:15 a.m. Sunday, ATCEMS said the adult patient died at the scene. No other information was available as of Sunday morning.
