OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - The Oklahoma City Comets is now the new name for the Triple-A baseball team, announced at an unveiling Saturday evening. The new name and brand identity were announced at 7 p.m. followed by fireworks and a drone show. There will also be an unveiling of a 20-by-20-foot mural created by local artist Barrett Tarr, aka Kid Lennon, as well as the team’s new merchandise. The logo features the colors blue and white.
