A warming trend starts on Sunday as high temperatures climb back into the lower 70s with mostly sunshine. Monday and Tuesday are even warmer in the 80s, thanks to strong winds out of the south. Peak gusts could reach 45+ MPH on Monday and Tuesday afternoons across the region. Rain chances return on Wednesday as a cold front moves through.
