The University of Hawaii football team returns to the Clarence T.C. Ching Athletics Complex and hosts Nevada in its annual homecoming game. At 2-5 overall and 0-2 in Mountain West Conference play, the Rainbow Warriors are in desperate need of a win in order to keep its bowl hopes alive. Follow along below: Hawaii 17, Nevada 7, 10:48, 3Q 7:56: Hawaii punts for the first time today, pinning Nevada on its own 3 with 10:48 left in the third quarter. 7:51: Hawaii will begin from its own 20 after a short return by Tylan Hines. 7:50: TOUCHDOWN NEVADA. Chubba Purdy and Marcus Bellon connect on a 63-yard pass, cutting Hawaii's lead to 17-7 with 14:29 left in the third quarter. 7:47: Nevada will begin from its own 36 after the kickoff return. THIRD QUARTER 7:26: Nevada takes a knee to end the first half. Hawaii leads 17-0. Wolf Pack will receive the second half kickoff. A great first half for the Rainbow Warriors all things considered. 7:24: Hawaii drives deep into Nevada territory but it stalls at the Nevada 10. The Rainbow Warriors complete a 9-play, 75-yard opening drive with a 1-yard Brayden Schager QB sneak. 'Bows up 7-0 with 10:10 left in the first quarter.
