ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A 38-year-old man from Rochester was shot late Saturday morning on Lyell Avenue near Daus Alley in Rochester. Officers with the Rochester Police Department received a 911 call about a walk-in gunshot victim at St. Mary's Urgent Care. Officers say the man was shot at least one time in his lower body. An ambulance took the man to Strong Memorial Hospital. His injuries are not considered life-threatening. The investigation remains ongoing and anyone with further information is asked to call 911.
