According to U.S. intelligence officials, Russian disinformation operations were responsible for a staged video that purportedly showed an individual tearing up mail-in ballots in Bucks County with votes for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. Republican and Democratic officials from both major political parties condemned the video.
