EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- Another unusually warm, above-average weekend is in store. Anticipate beautiful, calm conditions throughout the rest of Saturday into Monday. The highs will be in the upper 80s, lower 90s with lows near 63.  Come Tuesday, a cold front will enter the Borderland. It will bring strong winds up to 25 mph with blowing dust. The high will drop to around 84 degrees, with a low around 56.  Conditions settle for Wednesday, leaving the region with more fall-like temperatures. A high of 73 is expected with a low of 52.  Come Halloween, all treats are in the forecast. Sunny, clear skies are in store with a high of 77 and low of 54. The same can’t be said for Friday, however. Moisture will bring the chance for increased cloud coverage, along with the chance for isolated showers.   The program will return to sunny skies and upper 70s just in time for the weekend. Temperatures will fall slightly 1 to 2 degrees Saturday onwards.
