Police arrest Bucks County man who allegedly organized illegal car meetups

Police arrested Joseph Cavenaugh, 21, of Levittown, Bucks County, on Friday morning for allegedly organizing and promoting a series of chaotic car meetups in Philadelphia on Sept 21-22. Authorities also arrested Philly man James Hare, 20, for allegedly being a participant of the meetups. Police say that more arrests are still to come as part of the month-long investigation.
