FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A person has been displaced after a fire that extended to the attic of a structure in Fresno County on Friday early morning, Cal Fire said. Fire crews were dispatched to the area of Jensen and 10th Street for a report of a structure fire at about 4:30 a.m. Upon arrival, firefighters found a 1000-square-foot structure with fire on the exterior part of the building. Firefighters were able to know down the fire quickly to prevent the fire from extending to the attic space. As a result, Cal Fire says one person has been displaced, but there are no reported injuries to either civilians or firefighters. The Fresno Fire Department assisted Cal Fire in this incident. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
