(KRON) -- One person was killed in a crash reportedly involving a bicycle on Interstate 880 Friday night, California Highway Patrol confirmed to KRON4. The crash has shut down all northbound lanes of I-880. The crash happened at about 8:21 p.m. just south of 7th Street on I-880. One vehicle (Toyota 4Runner) was involved and there were no injuries other than the person who was killed. While the freeway is shut down, crews are diverting traffic to 7th Street and West Grand Avenue. CHP advises drivers to use alternate routes. There is no ETA for the highway to reopen.
