ST. MARTINVILLE, La. (KLFY) -- One person has died as a result of the shooting at St. Martinville High School's homecoming football game Friday night, according to St. Martinville Police Chief Ricky Martin. One person was shot. Police said the victim has died. St. Martinville police said they have a suspect identified. Investigators with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office and Louisiana State Police are assisting with the search for the suspect. The shooting occurred before kickoff, police confirmed.
