Shortly after 5:30 p.m., DC Police Traffic on X said that the outage was in the Eckington and NoMa areas, near Florida and New York avenues and Q and R streets NE. Pepco's Outage Map reported that 2,192 people were impacted by 27 outages. The estimated restoration time as of 7:00 p.m. on Friday was 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26.
