PENSACOLA, FL (WWLP) - NASA's Spacex crew-8 has safely returned to Earth. The astronauts splashed down in their space-x dragon aircraft off the coast of Pensacola, Florida around 3:30 Friday morning. They arrive back home after completing a seven-month science mission aboard the international space station. The crew-8 return had previously been delayed due to Hurricane Milton and unfavorable weather conditions at the splashdown sites off Florida over the past week.
