On Saturday, October 26, 2024, in-person early voting for the November 5, 2024 general election begins across New Jersey.Registered Hudson County voters can vote at any early voting location during this period.The early voting period runs for nine days: Saturday, October 26, 2024 through Sunday, November 3, 2024Early voting hours will be: Monday through Saturday: 10am–8pm and Sundays: 10am–6pmAccording to to the Hudson County Clerk, early in-person voting is a good option for those who will be out of town on election day, or unable to get to their home polling location before the polls close on November 5th. Deadline to apply for Vote-By-Mail Ballot (by mail) is October 29, 2024. Deadline to Apply for a Vote-By-Mail Ballot (in person) is 3:00pm on November 4, 2024. After you complete your Vote-By-Mail Ballot, return your ballot by one of three ways, mail it back, place it in one of your county’s Secure Ballot Drop Box Locations or return it to the Hudson County Board of Elections Office. If you choose to mail your ballot, it must be postmarked on or before 8:00 p.m., November 5th.Election Day.
