CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A man was arrested Friday in connection to the homicide last week at a UNC Charlotte student-living apartment complex. Asiel Springer, 25, was taken into custody for the murder of 25-year-old Justice Timmons. The incident happened around 10 p.m. on October 16th at the Arcadia Student Living apartment complex off University City Boulevard. There, officers located Timmons and pronounced him dead at the scene. Springer was charged with murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
