BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- There are 1,685 PG&E customers without power in west Bakersfield near Stockdale Ranch Friday afternoon. The power outage was reported around 3:36 p.m. in the area of Stockdale Highway near Heath Road, Renfro Road, Johnson Road, Wegis Avenue, Nord Avenue and Driver Road.
